Re: Discutii despre fotbal
In the days after his dismissal, Allegri published an image of his lunch with former Pescara Coach Galeone and new Milan boss Marco Giampaolo, as both see the veteran as a father figure.
“Allegri was really upset and feels betrayed by Juventus. He is particularly let down by President Andrea Agnelli,” Galeone told Il Fatto Quotidiano newspaper.
He hasn’t got over that yet, but I’ve been advising him to leave Juve for years. I’ve had trouble with Juve since 1958… they are arrogant and act like they own everything.

HAIDEEE

Kuntz a gandit bine tactica meciului, s-a vazut in prima repriza pana la egalarea Romaniei si in intreaga repriza secunda.

Clubul a dorit asta. Au negociat cu uefa o intelegere. Au ales sa stea anul asta in afara europei si sa execute pedeapsa acum astfel incat sezonul viitor sa poata participa in caz ca se califica in champions league.

Re: Discutii despre fotbal

UEFA have released a statement on Milan’s exclusion from the Europa League, seeing it as “confirmation failure to be break-even compliant must lead to a severe sanction.”
The Rossoneri had appealed the original exclusion last year and the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) delayed its implementation while studying the situation and finding compromise punishments that did not suit either side.
Now that Milan face even bigger difficulties balancing the books and Financial Fair Play requirements, they effectively negotiated a deal with UEFA to accept a year out of European competition.
The statement from the CFCB this evening is a victory cry, as UEFA see this as complete validation their original decision was correct.
In so doing, Milan set a precedent and send out a warning to other big clubs that they will be treated the same way.
“The UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) Adjudicatory Chamber has issued a procedural order confirming the exclusion of AC Milan from the upcoming UEFA club competitions season for its failure to comply with the break-even requirement during the monitoring periods assessed in the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons and covering the reporting periods ending in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
“On 19 June 2018, the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber decided to exclude AC Milan from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next two seasons as it had an aggregate break-even deficit for the reporting periods ending in 2015, 2016, 2017 which substantially exceeded the maximum acceptable deviation.
“On 20 July 2018, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) confirmed that AC Milan failed to fulfil the break-even requirement but decided that the sanction of exclusion was not proportionate and the matter was referred back to the CFCB AC. The CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber then issued a decision excluding AC Milan if they are not break even compliant by 30 June 2021. AC Milan appealed this decision to CAS.
“AC Milan were referred to the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber again in 2019 as they had a further break even deficit for the year 2018. AC Milan again appealed this decision to CAS. The CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber proceedings were suspended on 5 June 2019 pending AC Milan’s appeal to CAS for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.
“With AC Milan’s monitoring periods for both 2017/2018 and 2018/19 the subject matter of proceedings before CAS, UEFA requested that AC Milan be excluded from participating in UEFA club competitions for the season 2019/2020 and AC Milan has now accepted this sanction for its breach of the rules.
“Accordingly, on 28 June 2019 the CAS issued its award and the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber has issued a procedural order confirming the exclusion of AC Milan.
“UEFA is satisfied that it is now acknowledged by AC Milan and confirmed by CAS that AC Milan's failure to be break-even compliant must lead to a severe sanction, as the CFCB Adjudicatory Chamber had decided this from the very beginning of the respective proceedings.”
Milan President Paolo Scaroni admits they had to “put an end to this saga and take this burden off our backs” after accepting Europa League exclusion.
The club had succeeded in winning an appeal to at least delay their exclusion from the Europa League last summer for Financial Fair Play infractions, but the situation was even worse this time around.
New owners Elliott Management, who took over after Yonghong Li’s disastrous tenure and the increasingly unstable end to the Silvio Berlusconi era, decided it was best to accept the exclusion and buy more time to balance the books.
“One must not comment on a sentence,” Scaroni told Sky Sport Italia.
“It is very disappointing not to play in Europe, but we are not the ones responsible for these infractions. We simply had to put an end to this saga and take this burden off our backs.”
This punishment has effectively removed the two different FFP cases against Milan for irregularities in the 2015-16-17 and 2016-17-18 periods.
If they had appealed again, it’s possible Milan would’ve won, but with the proviso they’d be excluded once more if they didn’t meet break even requirements by June 30, 2021.

"Milan negotiate UEFA exclusion"
https://www.football-italia.net/138791/ ... -exclusion
"But April’s referral for a second FFP breach could have seen the club banned from Europe for two years, which clearly forced Milan back to the negotiating table where they have agreed to serve a one-year ban now while they tidy up their finances under the direction of former Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis."
https://www.theguardian.com/football/20 ... ffp-breach
"After AC Milan had requested to withdraw from next season's Europa League in the negotiations with UEFA, the case was taken to CAS (Court of Arbitration For Sport). Now, CAS have released a statement on their official website, confirming the decision."

Re: Discutii despre fotbal
