Haha! Biomenace e un platformer chiar misto! Mustaciosu si extraterestrii. Il jucam prin anii 90 de pe un cd cu shareware de la Apogee. O sa-i fac o poza ca il mai am cand ma hotarasc in sfarsit sa pun poze cu cd-uri vechi. Descrierea acestui user de pe gog ii face cinste lui Biomenace:

"This one‘s by far my favourite from the old Apogee catalogue. The protagonist‘s name is Snake Logan. SNAKE LOGAN. Let that sink in for a while. He sports a mullet and a mustache and he wears a garish green shirt. It also features some of the most over-the-top gore of all the old 3D Realms sidescrollers, with badly mutilated bodies strewn all over the place. And still the monsters in the game look like something straight out of a Pixar movie. It‘s one of the most apeshit insane things I ever played (and also one of the most unduly forgotten games) and it has a rockin‘ soundtrack. Do yourselves a favour and go play Bio Menace!"

Tin minte ca am jucat demo-ul la Biomenace, cred ca era pe un CD de la revista Computer Games de prin 1997... SAU era pe o compilatie pirat, can't remember for shit right now.

Mi-am adus aminte foarte vag de Bio Menace dupa ce-am vazut screenshotul de mai sus. Sigur l-am jucat si eu prin anii '90. Era foarte dragut.

Bio Menace il jucam pe un 386, varianta Shareware. Nivelul "no man's land" era preferatul meu, orasul facut zob cu cerul inchis, plin de roboti imensi care dau cu tot felul de rahaturi pe tot ecranul, era asa, un fel de Judgement Day. E chiar unul dintre cele mai reusite side scrollers publicate de Apogee, si am incercat cam tot ce au lansat din genul respectiv.

Un avantaj fata de steam nu? Daca pe steam se scoate un joc banuiesc ca nu se mai poate juca. Aici daca ai kitul downloadat nu te afecteaza scoaterea jocului din catalog.

E avantajos, dar nu așa. Pe nici un magazin digital când se scoate un joc de la vânzare nu se scoate și din librării, ar fi not quite legal.

Si pe steam daca se scoate un joc din store si deja il ai in library il poti juca in continuare.
