Oklahoma court rules that forced oral sex is not rape if victim is unconscious from drinking
...normal“Forcible sodomy cannot occur where a victim is so intoxicated as to be completely unconscious at the time of the sexual act of oral copulation,” the decision read. Its reasoning, the court said, was that the statute listed several circumstances that constitute force, and yet was silent on incapacitation due to the victim drinking alcohol. “We will not, in order to justify prosecution of a person for an offense, enlarge a statute beyond the fair meaning of its language.”

Mie mi se pare ca se incadreaza perfect, topicul asta e pentru stiri amuzante si/sau ciudate si e singurul de pe acest forum in care si-ar putea gasi loc astfel de postari. Asta in caz ca nu vrei sa sugerezi ca Marar ar trebui sa nu mai posteze asa ceva, ceea ce la noi in bransa se numeste "a face pe politistul".

sunt sigur ca putem face o legatura intre momentul in care a inceput Marar sa posteze chestii creepy si momentul in care au inceput sa plece fetele de pe forum. Lui nici nu-i pasa de asta, si-a pus si la semnatura.
