Will GTA V For PC Be ‘Cancelled’?
On Thursday, we sat down with one of the marketing directors of Rantic, to talk about Rockstar North’s future for the Grand Theft Auto series.
During the interview, Rantic Chairman John Hoffberger, stated that the PC version of GTA 5 could soon be cancelled due to ‘corporate problems’. “The next-gen console launch dates are still intact, but the PC game launch has been agitating for Rockstar staff”, John said.

[Rumor] Activision may have Take-Two Interactive on its shopping list
Activision is interested in buying out Rockstar Games, Gearbox Software and 2K Games parent company Take-Two Interactive, if Benchmark Company analyst Mike Hickey is to be believed.
According to Hickey, both companies are interested in creating Hollywood films for their intellectual properties, and Take-Two “admires” Activision’s connections with Hollywood. Activision’s Blizzard Entertainment wing is current tied to Hollywood with its upcoming film Warcraft.

It’s been a long couple of weeks, and let’s face it, only so much mud can be thrown around before somebody in a position of legal authority starts to take action. Anita Sarkeesian and her inner circle are convinced that the FBI are going to bring the book down hard on all those nasty ‘gross nerds’ sending death threats (again, not cool), but recent twists in the industry consuming controversy suggest that the recently retired Phil Fish and members of the Indie Games Festival are far juicier targets for the federal agency. The potential charges? Textbook racketeering.
