The Good:
Intricate and visually inventive papercraft aesthetic realized entirely by hand
Unique and surprising alien world brimming with life
Characters, especially the protagonists, are full of personality despite never speaking aloud
Immersive sound design accompanied by an unearthly Floex-penned score
Hint system implemented in a fun and creative way
The Bad:
A lot of backtracking for a very short game with a slow-moving main character
Clues to one puzzle could have been handled better

The time, thought and care put into bringing Papetura to life is obvious on every screen of this short but very sweet journey through a vibrant papercrafted world.
