Energetic, offbeat narrative with a witty sense of humor
A wealth of distinctive characters
Nostalgic retro-style art and soundtrack

Lack of challenge sometimes sacrifices depth
A bit of mild cultural stereotyping
Absence of voice acting may be a disappointment for some

It’s not particularly challenging, but Not Another Weekend offers solid gameplay, a zany plot loaded with humor, loads of 80s nostalgia, a few welcome surprises, and an expansive cast of memorable characters.
