Pana atunci, te poti distra cu Neo Scavenger, un RPG turn-based cu permadeath in care cauti prin ruinele civilizatiei si omori banditi postapocaliptici ca sa le furi sacosa cu gunoaie si adidasul (la singular), sperand sa mai supravietuiesti o zi in iarna nucleara. PM daca vrei versiunea full, DRM-free.

The demonstration also showed off the fine pixel art graphics, including expressive portraits lit by the lurid green of the shards. The voice work was also up to the high standard we expect from this publisher. The demo also served as a good introduction to this post-apocalyptic world, providing many intriguing hints of the backstory that led to such disastrous current conditions.

The projected release target for Shardlight is early 2016 and more information can be found on the game’s webpage.

Shardlight hands-on

From an early look at the first third of the game, my initial impression is that its languid pace and occasionally tricky puzzles may not suit everyone, but for those with the patience to become fully invested in this world, Shardlight looks set to be a moving and distinctive experience.

The world of Shardlight is certainly unique. Sure, it's yet another post-apocalyptic dystopia, but it's a dystopia with style. Even though it's set in the late 21st century, two decades after a nuclear war, everything in it harks back to the past. From the architecture to the broken-down cars, you could believe the bombs dropped in the 1950s, not the 2050s.

The presentation is pure Wadjet Eye. If you've played any of their recent games, such as Technobabylon or the Blackwell series, you'll know to expect gorgeous retro pixel art, high-quality voice acting and atmospheric music. Shardlight's world is broken-down, exhausted, clinging to life, and that's clearly reflected in the art, which is all barren earth, stone and low-key earth tones, mixed with a distinctly queasy radioactive yellow.

Apparently it's out.

Shardlight manages to build its quirky post-apocalyptic world into something that will leave a lasting impression, though the same can’t be said for the story it tells.

L-am terminat in cam 9.5 ore. Fanilor Wadjet Eye il recomand cu caldura, insa sa stiti ca nu depaseste calitatea altor titluri, ba chiar am simtit ca ii lipseste cate ceva. Still, superb.

Dupa primele minute observ ca e un joc bun de jucat pe actuala pandemie

l-am terminat si cu aceasta ocazia am terminat toate jocurile lansate de Wadjet Eye pana acum.

Shardlight se incadreaza si el in deja clasica experienta point and click Wadjet Eye. Vizual este excelent, puzzleurile sunt usoare, nu te opresc niciodata din a avansa in joc, universul si personajele sunt interesante, insa povestea parca nu are o constanta in dezvoltare, parca nu are un parcurs omogen, are o lipsa de consecventa cateodata. Interesant de jucat acum in timp ce traim pandemia covid, jocul avand ca subiect si o pandemie de "Green Lung", vaccinuri, masti de protectie, tratamente etc.
