The Good:
Haven and its various buildings look amazing
Both the excellent voice acting and extensive soundtrack are superb
Choices feel like they carry weight – you really do care what happens to the protagonist
Standout live-action role-playing section brings all of the series’ creativity and fun together in a single chapter
The Bad:
Fetch quests slow the pace down
Story veers off into melodrama near the end
Our Verdict:
Life Is Strange: True Colors paints a pretty picture, creating a story you’ll really want to invest in, with only a slow plot point or two distracting from what is otherwise a great work of art.
